By purchasing our Exclusive Purchaseware sets, you agree to and will abide by the following terms.

Our Exlusive Purchaseware sets can be used on your site once purchased as a webset (backgrounds,buttons, etc). You cannot, edit, manipulate, give away or offer any of our graphics to anyone else under any circumstances, you can add text to any blank buttons but that is it. You must put our logo on each page you use our graphics and link back to us, you must also link to any photographers that are listed on the page as having provided us with such images.

Each set is sold to only one person and then it will be removed from our site. We will still retain copyrights to any pixel clipart, images or graphics that we have created.. you are only purchasing the right to use the "exact" graphic set exclusivly.... Please note that we may still re-use the dog breed clipart from time to time to make new sets, but No 2 sets will be identical. And i will try to make new designz for breeds as i can.. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not give refunds.. You are purchasing only the graphics to build your own website with.. the graphics do not come with a website.. It is just the graphics that i am selling.. Thanks so much for your business.
